New service partner of the Graf Group:
We are pleased to have found a new service partner for the Graf Group in Poland, COMERC Sp. z o.o.
Comerc has been operating on the Polish market since 2006. Thanks to the experience gained over the years and the constant broadening of technical knowledge, Comerc gained the trust of many customers both at home and abroad. Comerc designs, manufactures, supplys, assembles and starts up complete, fully automated lines for the production of pellets or briquettes from sawdust, straw and other types of biomass, as well as creates individual solutions in the field of industrial automation. Comerc also provides warranty and post-warranty service for machines and equipment included in its production lines.
Gorilla in Sweden
Small space and high energy costs made it easy for the customer to choose a GEPD 660/108 Gorilla Pellet Press.
We are proud of having solved these customer requirements and that, incidentally, our gorilla produces pellets of a very high quality.
This system was put into operation in spring 2022.

Video shows the pellet production after the initial commissioning of the plant in 2018. In the meantime, the Vietnamese customer has bought two more pellet presses from us.
Basic setting of the press rollers
The matrices are rotated with the service drive at approx. 3 rpm in order to precisely set the "zero gap" of the press rollers.
